But it's not just the aesthetics that impressed us; the service at Rendez-Vous Batignolles is truly exceptional. The staff are not only professional but also incredibly warm and welcoming. From the moment we checked in to the moment we left, we felt well taken care of and valued as guests. As for the room, it exceeded our expectations in every way. Spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, it provided the perfect retreat after a day of exploring the vibrant streets of Paris. And the location couldn't have been better. Situated within walking distance of iconic sites such as the Moulin Rouge, we were able to immerse ourselves in the lively energy of the city with ease.
  : While there were certainly aspects of the hotel that we appreciated, there were also some significant drawbacks that detracted from our overall experience. However, our enjoyment of the hotel was unfortunately dampened by a few notable issues. Firstly, the noise from the elevator was a persistent problem throughout our stay. The constant pounding made it difficult to rest at night, disrupting our sleep and causing considerable discomfort. This was particularly frustrating considering the otherwise peaceful ambiance of the hotel. Additionally, our arrival was met with the inconvenience of a malfunctioning elevator, forcing us to navigate three flights of stairs to reach our room. While we understand that technical issues can arise, the lack of assistance or alternative arrangements from the staff was disappointing. Furthermore, the breakfast experience fell short of expectations. As lactose-intolerant individuals, we were disappointed to find a complete absence of lactose-free options available. Despite paying 15 for the meal, we were unable to enjoy much of what was offered, resulting in a feeling of dissatisfaction and wasted expense.

  : Hotel was clean and well located
  : Room size. I informed well in advance that I needed two beds because I was traveling with a friend (my aunt). I repeted the same at check in. The room 404 was very (very) small with 2 twin beds connected. From the bed, I could touch the door or the walls. Not even a proper chair. A chance that we had only carry-ons (there was no place for a big luggage). We had a small window with a view to the back of the building/to an ugly dirty wall.

  : Nice location, clean, the staff are pleasant and friendly. There are a lot of cool bars and restaurants in the area, all walking distance from the hotel. Overall good value for money.
  : One of the rooms that we have booked had a strange smell. In another room the sink was blocked and water wouldnt go away. Rooms are small but for 1 night stay its ok. There was miscommunication about checkout time. The person who checked us in gave the wrong information, so the next day another person called us to inform that we should have checked out about 30 min before. It was a bit unpleasant, but we were anyways on the way out. The parking is very limited but we were lucky to find a spot next to the hotel. There was some construction in the street next to the hotel, which made us get stuck in the traffic jam for 45 min on the day we arrived.
