  : Great location and the room was clean.
  : Not having a lift is a major inconveninece especially if you have multiple luggages. Would have given a better score if only the hotel had one.

  : staff: super friendly we arrived very late at night as there was a delay in our plane schedule and we were greeted with a smiling face by the receptionist he was super kind and helpful room: spacious and clean it's not a luxury hotel so don't expect a fancy bedsheets or decoration bathroom: I was surprised the bathroom was big clean and had great bright lighting location: from the hotel you need 5 min walk to reach the metro which is very convenient
  : the place is a bit noisy in the morning as the rooms are not soundproofed we personally didn't have an issue with that as we were planning on waking up early anyway

  : Enough space to, unpack, take a shower, have a calm sleep and move away at morning. Everything was clean and nothing was broken. No noise from neighbors or heat and smell from restaurant under the hotel rooms.
  : The drainage in sink is very weak, and it took minutes for water to flow down properly. There is no toilet paper holder. The wi-fi was weak and slow. Due to weather (heatwave) the room was very hot, and there was no ac. It may be better during non-heatwave days. !!! The stairs to the rooms are very narrow and curvy and steps are uneven from usage, keep that in mind if you have very heavy luggage, have movement issues or disabilities. !!!

  : No lift - Small room Toilets and shower in the same bathroom. Not much space in the shower cabin. Door of the bathroom can not fully open as partly blocked by the bed. Evacuation facilities not existing

  : The location was ok, it was quiet at least. The owner seemed friendly enough. The bathroom is nice.
  : They have bed bugs, and they refuse refunds despite us staying with bed bugs. The beds are not comfortable, the room is hot, the windows are hard to open. The location is ok, but not great. The walls are thin. And again, BED BUGS.

  : Unfortunately you pay only for the location. The equipment of the room was old and very poor, each piece different like from flee market. nowhere to unpack clothes properly. Honestly you even did not want to when you saw it. bathroom looked renovated some time ago but the shower was leaking everywhere and the drain in washbasin was stuck. if you are coming with a backpack and one pair of jeans or shorts, you would be fine. But If you want at least a bit decent accomodation, and are coming tp enjoy Paris a bit more nicely, go somewhere else. It was worth max 30 eur per room for such quality and not the money they charge. Big dissapiontment.

  : Terrible shower, didnt work right, couldnt control temperature of water. Both top and handheld worked at same time with handheld occasionally warm and top only cold!
