  : Rooms are not very clean. Rooms are falling apart. Elevator was broken.

  : Good location for Le Marais, nice to have a common area in lobby. Front desk staff were very helpful. I had to get a taxi in am with ski stuff and they arranged for one, called to make sure i was up, and helped put in car.
  : Rooms/bathroom were small as can be expected, a little noisy in sense you can hear it when people walk/talk by room. Rooms have everything you need but nothing will blow you away.

  : The man at reception was most unfriendly and unhelpful. The first room offered on 5 th floor had a carpet that was in poor condition and since the lift was broken, we asked to move lower down . The next room offered had a broken fridge so I asked to move again and instead of Apology this man warned me that this room was our last offer!!!The breakfast lady was hostile and stared at us as if we were stealing her food , making us feel uncomfortable. We also had problems parking our 2 m vehicle which I had emailed them about but they had not warned me that most car parks had a limit of 1.9 metres. The reception man did not care and dismissed our concern, but luckily we did our own research and found a garage just 50 metres away , no 14 rue de Bretagne if anyone else has same issue in future , but why didn’t the staff have this information to give us as I know it was in one of the questions on the web page site. So overall staff training on hospitality would be a bonus for this hotel as it left us quite stressed !
