  : The ease of the automated check-in/-out procedure, and the sincere attempt to help me and make my stay pleasant in spite of an issue with water outside the control of the owner (who finally made a welcome commercial gesture to make up for the hassle it caused)
  : There's some room for improvement clearly in the water (plumbing), both for the building and within the apartment itself. I would also suggest to install some hangers/hooks in the bathroom and sleeping area.

  : The apartment is small but cosy. The localisation is perfect, everywhere is near and you can do sightseeing on foot.
  : It doesnt have ventilation so you can smell cigarettes pretty often. Its better to sleep with window open. When we arrived at the time of check in the apartment wasnt cleaned. The code for the key at the check in was incorrect and it made our check in stressful.

  : My biggest disappointment since renting apartments with Booking.com. Nowhere is it marked that the apartment is on the 3rd floor without a lift! Then the apartment was dirty, with missing bulbs and broken lights. In a heatwave the fan does not work at all, the toilet tank is broken and finally we found under the bed 1 used condom as well as a female sex toy !!! it is a shame to mock customers like this and ignore the many negative comments. We tried a complaint with booking.com but to no avail. Apartment to be avoided as it is a rip off and the service is poor.

  : The apartment was dirty, a wet towel was lying on the floor in the bathroom, the bed linen had not been cleaned after the previous people. impossible to call the owner. several numbers and an answering machine answered everywhere. a few hours later the cleaning lady came, but the mood was ruined

  : Location was amazing, very short walk to the tower and the metro stations! Myself and my boyfriend do a lot of research before we go away which helped, local cafes were lovely! Room was decorated lovely and modern looking, great value for money considering all aspects! Hair dryer and iron came in very handy too
  : There was blonde hair all over the bedding which definitely did not come from my hair as i am brunette! There was a lot of mold all over the bathroom ceiling which is not dangerous as yet but it needs to be sorted as soon as possible!! Most of the dishes were stained and dirty, doesnt take much for those to be cleaned before somebody comes to stay.

  : I couldnt stay the accommodation. because the key code which I received from the accommodation didnt work. I tried to contact them also I sent several messages to them but they didnt replied and they just ignored my messages. it was almost midnight. after that I needed to find another hotel to stay. it was very bad experiences.
