  : Nothing .place is a back of a shop converted to a flat. Glass door from courtyard, very basic and dirty (apartment and linen). Stay there only if you are desperate and everything else is fully booked
  : Place very dirty and terrible. Host not responsive. Tried to call and WhatsApp but replied after hours. Struggling to get instructions for check in. Thought I would sleep on the road but got the details last minute. The host refused to take call saying he does not speak English (texting in perfect English) and then ask me which unit I am booking? Some dodgy call centre probably managing several properties and not having an idea where the property is... and I am struggling to get back the deposit they are not replying to the messages

  : Great location in Le Marais.
  : This room was nothing like the pictures - it was more of a little box than a room, with only a tiny window to allow air in. There was no air conditioning even though the listing said there would be, and I had zero response from the staff when I inquired about that. Staff communication was generally poor, including check-in procedure. And it took 3 weeks for them to return my security deposit. Very poor value for money.

  : the photos of the advertisement doesn't relate to the property at all. The property is classified as a 4 people stay, which i cannot imagine how 4 people could fit in that storage. Also the property additionally charged me 354 euros after a month of my booking confirmation stating they needed a deposit. They sent a message via the booking platform but the payment was with a link outside the booking platform. So the property is really playing the system. On top of that, when i arrived to the property I was completely horrified between what i thought i had booked and what was the reality (refer to the attached picture, this is the whole apartment for 4 persons). I couldn't spend the night there and i had to book an additional hotel for my stay. When the property acknowledged that i actually was not sleeping there. They cancelled my booking, sell the property for the rest of the weekend to another costumer. And didn't returned me anything, not even the deposit. The classify the my stay as a no show. Therefore non-refundable.

  : Great location and nice photos of the rooms on the website.
  : WARNING: Apartment is very small and would only be suitable for a couple. No way is it suitable for 4 adults and with the sofa bed folded out there was no space to move around. Pictures shown on the website are a mix of pictures and can be very confusing to know what you're actually booking. Bedroom isnt a separate bedroom, rather a double bed in the living area and sofa bed is right next to the double bed. There is only one very small window that opens so getting fresh air circulation was difficult at night. The room itself smelled musty, like it may have been converted from a storage unit/shed. Metal frame surrounding the door mat at the entrance was poorly finished and I cut my foot on the edge while walking around inside. There is a security deposit of 200 which apparently takes 10-20 days to refund. I waited 10 days and there were no further updates on the refund. When I messaged the host, they asked me to write a good review for them (which I originally did) and I received the deposit the next day so I wonder if this is done on purpose. The towels and linen were to be cleaned upon check out, however no washing liquid was provided. The list of costs if you break/damage something were ridiculous e.g. teaspoon - 12, towel 20. I would not stay here again.

  : The position is excellent: in 1 minutes walkning you can reach the Senna river, whille in less than 10 minutes you can reach Notre Dome. The location is silent and the beds are confortable
  : Not very easy the check in process (there are some code to be input in the doors to reach the appartment). The dimension of the appartment is small

  : It was cleaned.
  : AC did not work properly - the exhaust vent was in the house making everything hot, there was no window for the exhaust vent. They provided the wrong codes for entrance. Detergent was not provided for the mandatory sheet washing at the end.

  : The location is unbeatable. Minutes walk from Cathdrale Notre-Dame, coffee shops, restaurants, shopping & more. With little kids in toe, it made it all the more convenient. Place was equipped with the basics needed for our stay. The interior patio was a nice retreat from the busy streets.
  : The space was smaller than we anticipated. With active young children, it felt even smaller. Its equipped with the basics for a short stay. Would recommend for older travelers who are just looking for a place to lay their heads after a full day of exploring the city.
