: Noise outside the window with the the restaurant backdoor activities. Overall the place could be made to be better with some easy upgrades. The owner should stay for 2 or 3 nights and add things they would normally have or want for a cozier stay.

: Position, a lot of space available iin the room, possibility to heat and cook food and n espresso capsule machine, large fridge availabe, quiet room, nearby supermarket
: It is not a bed and breakfast but more like air b&b room: no breakfast available (you have to get out and go in a nearby bar (were you are like any other customer of the bar, also regarding prices and waiting time), nobody cleans the room nor brings out rubbish while you are there, nobodys resets the bed; the toilet is very small and cold and you reach it trough uneven steps, the wc has a very feeble flush (sometimes smelling)so you have sometimes to boost the flush using a bucket (the one of the rubbish). Ther is no individual light on the night table (if one of the two wants to read in bed you have to keep te big light lit (with in any case is feeble). The kitchen is nice but there is not a single nespresso capsule nor sugar, water bottle, milk, to do a breakfast inside: you have to buy them from the first day and leave there the inevitable remnants. Prices of Hotels around were cheaper, we expected higher quality for more than 200 per night

: When we arrive the apartment was VERY dirty. Apparently a door and window had been left open and the apartment was covered with soot. I emailed the contact 3 times and they never responded. I tried calling the person who let us in,but he said he didn't work for the company, he was a friend just letting us in. During the 2 weeks we were there no one ever contacted us. We had to use most of our towels to clean the bathroom and floor, It was soooo dirty.
