  : lovely apartment, very clean, close to metro station, shops and supermarkets and restaurants close by.
  : had arranged through web site to be at the apartment between 7-8pm. I started getting phone calls at 6.20 when I was still on the train about when would I be at the apartment from the person handing over the keys followed by several txt messages. this caused undue stress as the tran station and taxi rank was very busy. Ended up getting a lift from a bogus taxi driver who charged as I later found out double what it should have cost. no proper oven in the apartment.

  : We had some trouble with getting to Paris due to transport strikes at the time. We had limited internet access leading up to this destination and we had to try and communicate back and forth to work out what was happening. The host was fantastic and very patient with trying to finalise around these conditions. We really appreciated their flexibility and meeting us at the unit to hand over keys even though it was late at night when we arrived. We were given instructions and details of the unit and had a lovely greeting package (water, fresh fruit and a box of chocolates) waiting for us. There is a grocer near by and some good delis which we were informed about. The host checked in with us over the few days to see if there was any problems. We were short one towel which they were more than happy to sort out but due to the strikes the cleaner was not able to make it in to town with no transport. It was not a huge problem we had been given extra hand towels by mistake and so we made do. I highly recommend them, the issues we had were outside their control and they still did what they could to assist. Thank you very much.
  : We did run out of hot water for 4 people to have showers but we could just space them out to give the system time to heat up again (we were told in our introduction it would be about 15 minutes for the water to reheat if we ran out and that was right so it wasn't a huge issue). We found this in most of our accommodation through Europe even though we were trying to be conscious of it, we still ran out of hot water, this unit heated the water much quicker that the other units we stayed in though. The curved staircase was a bit tricky to get large suitcases up and down but you only have to do that once each way so it was manageable and again, something very common in Europe.
