  : First, let me tell you the staff handling our apt booking was excellent. Communication was superb and they accommodated my 80 year old friend who arrived in town before I could. They were fantastic. Arrival and departure information was readily available. The apt is within walking distance to St. Lazare train station, restaurants, shopping and Opera. It is well equipped to cook meals. The only draw back is it is extremely noisy (2B) and I struggled sleeping as the noise from the garbage and delivery trucks runs all day and night. Keep that in mind when you book.

  : The Location was the only thing that I would recommend
  : 1) We had booked two apartments. The one on the 6th floor had a balcony, which in my opinion, was the only meritable point. The apartments are ridiculously small, and are not at all what's depicted in the website. The walls are too thin and do not add to the experience at all. 2) The washing machine included in the apartment was completely useless, especially the fact that it came with a dryer feature. It did not do the job!!3) The only time to you see the staff is when you have to leave your luggage. Honestly, they were very lovely. But the drop point is 20 minutes away from the apartment itself. And the elevators are way too small for luggage tbh.4) Access to the apartment is way too complicated.
