  : Do NOT stay Here!!!!!!we had 2 rooms in Aug and we got there it was one of the hottest days of the summer and our AC was not on in our rooms after I had this booked for 2 weeks and they knew we where coming. We called to tell them rooms were so hot and not cool, and they said they could not move us but would see what they could do... after 4 more hours we called again had one room with a baby and our room also was still not cool!! It was Horrible. We talked to Mr Gary and he was nice and said He felt horrible for us and they would give us our money back on the rooms. It was not till after 4am that it cooled so we could some what sleep!! The next morning they told us it would be taking care of. Nothing was done called Booking.com and they are looking into it but now the manager at this crap motel is say the ac is fine and they are not doing anything to helps us!!! Nice to say after we are gone. They are not willing to stay by what they said and the fact we had to stay here in our hot rooms. And on top of all that we all got Covid and have been sick. The manager of this place is not a nice person and will not work with us at all to make any of it right. I will never stay with them again!

  : Reserved non smoking room...once the non refundable payment was made it was switched to smoking and did not give me an option if I still wanted or not...so went to Walmart got some air freshener and made the best out of it that we could.
