  : Chairs and couch are not comfortable Why are there 2 tables on the terrace for 12 people but no garden furniture ? There is no place to park the car in the street, you should have your car in the terrace. No shops within walking distance

  : Lovely villa in an ideal location, check in was made easy and convenient. Close to shops/beaches/food places. Cleaner had cleaned the villa nicely before we arrived, she'd also put the TV on and heating - this was a nice touch.
  : HOT TUB BROKEN - The only reason I booked this specific Villa was because it said it had a 'hot tub'. When we arrived however the hot tub did not work. I contacted the letting agents who said they would send out a technician....They never messaged me again, I messaged them a few days later to ask for an update and they said it cannot be fixed. Why wasn't the hot tub tested before we arrived? My family were looking forward to using it, this ruined my little brothers holiday. The letting agents did not apologise once to us, nor did they offer us an alternative (such as letting us use the heated pool instead for no extra charge). Roof at the top of the stairs leaks when it rains which is a massive slip hazard, someone could slip down the stairs. Microwave needs replacing. Stained mattress protectors on beds.
