: the location is wonderful with sea view. The host is really nice and helpful. There is no breakfast included but the apartment has a kitchen with all the necessary to prepare breakfast or to enjoy a dinner on the terrace with seaview. There is a swimming pool which is also seaview and parking place. It is really easy to reach Agia Fotini beach which is well equipped with sunbeds and bars. I advice to reserve sunbeds because it's a really nice beach and most of the time it's full. I also advice to rent a small car because it's easier to use in the small streets that Chios has.
: The shower can be a little bit improved but other than that no observations, everything was really good.

: the property is on a small hill and the road to the property is pretty tough. there are limited number if restaurants and no supermarket nearby.

: 2 minutes walking distance to the sea and the beaches are very beautiful!
: I think that Since they didn't have any available rooms, they gave us the maid's room. For long stays can be but for few days I would prefer a sea view room.

: View from balcony. The owner is very helpful.
: In order to get to apartments you need to climb a hill with your car and the road is full of holes.Shower place is too small and old. It needs to be renewed.
