  : Comfortable apartment with a balcony and a small quiet pool outside. Location in a very nice,3 minutes walk from a large shopping center,where there is a large supermarket, also close to the bus station, about a 5-minute walk awayfrom here you can take buses to the airport,The Old Town and many other local places. I would recommend this place.

  : Very clean, greatly situated apartment! Equipped in anything you may need. Good high speed internet.
  : Unfortunately all the good impression of the apartment was ruined starting from first night by very very very noisy neighbors right next door, who are sharing thin bedroom wall. They were especially noisy at night from midnight til 4 or even 5 am. As they speak Hungarian only, I had a chat with them over google translator asking them to keep in mind we are trying to sleep and we can hear them screaming, arguing, having video calls with friends etc all night, as I expected, that did not change their behavior. Bearing in mind anyone who is visiting Cyprus needs to have a good rest at night, I cannot recommend renting this apartment.

  : Liked the location.
  : The view from the veranda. It was a bit of a dumping ground. There were lots of men working on cars in the evenings and the weekend. Only had sun early morning. Made the apartment cold and dark. I would have liked to have known about the damp issues and think the apartment should not have been rented out until the repairs were completed.

  : It was in Paphos which has many attractions and good access to other places of interest.
  : The flat was very disappointing. Although it was very reasonably priced we expected it to be at least average. There has clearly been a problem with damp/water leak and where new plaster had been applied it had not dried out completely and there was mould/fungus growing (by the day)! The flat was cold and there was no heating. We didn't feel that we wanted to contact the owner as the previous message in the guest book strongly suggested that any complaint about damp etc. would not be met with any understanding.. The location (at the rear/balcony) was not very nice and directly opposite a car repair business which was busy and started up early. The general feel of the apartment was rather dismal and dated. The bed had various mattresses and the bedding was old & creased up, and really terrible pillows. If the damp problem is sorted and the flat has a bit of TLC it could be a lot nicer.

  : We were able to make an advance payment to the bank account. There was no need to pay in cash. We arrived at night, but check-in was easy. We got the keys from the mailbox, where we had to enter a code. There were candies on the table, water and a few beers in the fridge. Thank you very much for this. A quiet street for relaxing, at the same time, there is a large shopping center nearby. Nice sights are within walking distance.
  : Attitude: in the apartment was a pipe leak in the cupboard which left water damage on our personal belongings including gifts. Lower edges of the apartment walls were plastered and the plaster was peeling off in some places. This indicates that the apartment has a persistent water damage problem that the owner cannot be unaware of! The host should have at least warned us when we arrived that there might be a problem with the pipes - then the damage could have been avoided. And from a human point of view, it would have been understandable. Sometimes accidents happen! A lot depends on good communication. When we reported the damage, it would have been nice from the owner to apologize and show interest. They apologized only after we made a remark about it. We were confused if one of the owners had changed in the meantime - the host's name is different from what is in the guestbook. This would explain the previous good communication and positive feedback.

  : Huge apartment with a lovely small pool which we had to ourselves all the time! In a quiet location close to many bars and tavernas. Friendly hosts, easy to communicate
  : It would be nice to have cushions for the sunbeds as they are incredibly uncomfortable which is probably why no-one stays there too long :) Not very close to a decent beach but easy enough to get on a bus to Coral Bay
