  : I liked that we were welcomed with a drink. The lobby area was nice especially with the Christmas decor. The main pool area was a decent size (although we didnt swim) and I liked that they had a snooker table for entertainment. They also had a form of entertainment every evening but we werent in to enjoy them. Staff tried helping where they can. The best part (if youre a cat person) is that there were so many stray cats around and as our apartment was on ground floor they would be roaming outside the patio and even come inside and make themselves comfortable! Super friendly cats, and feeding them was a joy.
  : The apartment did not look like what I had booked on Booking.com. The cleaning could have been better (hair was found in the bathroom and the bedsheets and duvet had some faint marks). hot water stayed only for a few minutes before turning cold and there was no hot air coming out from the air conditioner (we were there in December). They were able to move us to another apartment which was slightly bigger, however the hot water was inconsistent and we ended up showering in cool water most days. The issue had to be raised multiple times and although it might have been fixed after the maintenance came it soon turned cold. It was also hard to find a table in the restaurant where it was laid out with all the necessary cutlery during breakfast. We had to take cutlery from other tables to eat our food. The beans at breakfast could also been cooked a bit more as they were slightly hard.
