  : The apartment is well equipped and spacious. The location is pretty close to the restaurants area of the harbor.
  : For us as a family with an infant it was hard as the. .apartment is on the second floor and there is no elevator The shower's water pressure is pretty low

  : Great location with a large supermarket and the old town/port just a few minutes walk away. Andreas is a great and helpful host.
  : The facilities are becoming a bit dated. A little maintenance and updating would really help increase the appeal.

  : The location ia very good.. Close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants Mall, seaside, etc..
  : It was not clean. I wouldn't consoder it as suitable for families, especially with small children.The bed linen and towels are very used: e. g. seathrow and yellowish respectively and i doubt they have been washed properly.

  : Sorroundings (and to be true major parts of the city) are not stroller friendly with high pawements and a lot of road works.

  : We booked short term, but the nice, kind wife of the owner was coming really quick to give us the keys and gave us some recommendations fpr the city. We left the apartment after some hours + booked an other apartment. The kind owner wanted to show us some other options, but we only wanted to get out. The owner gave us a little bit of money back and we didn`t had to ask for it - he did this on his own initiative. The bathroom was completley clean,
  : the rest of the apartment was not in a good condition, but sufficient. The fridge and the kitchen sideboard was not cleaned and the rubbish bin in kitchen and especially in the bathroom were not empty, what is really a no go. For just 5 Euro more per night, you could stay directly at the harbour area in new and clean apartments.
