  : Great bang for your buck - especially with family and kids. Comfortable condo, great beds, well designed floorplan, and nice updates. Great view off the balcony of the beach, and easy beach access. Would definitely book this unit again. On the 5th floor so a decent view of the beach - never heard the neighbors above or below - good sound control. If you look at the pictures, this unit is in the very center and on the left side, 5th one up. Great view of the beach. We are noting the name of this unit and will likely book again.
  : Minor gripes - the oven didn't work. Stovetop did though, wasn't doing much cooking but worth noting. And the master furniture had a very weird/strong smell. They need to put some dessicant packs in the drawers and seal them or something...you get used to it but at first it is kind of jarring. I am sensitive to this type of thing, if you're not it won't bother you. The keurig was broken, and they had me a new coffeemaker delivered within an hour. Great service overall. Checking in was a bit weird. You check in at the gate - which can cause delays for people who just want to get in and park. Buildings under remodel, so some construction going on. Didn't affect my stay (was not noisy, etc) - but it did impact one of the elevators.

  : Excellent beach front location with Pineapple Willys next door, as well as these locations across the street: The Wharf Buffet all you can eat crab legs and filet mignon (yum!!), Juan Taco, The Press coffee shop, LuLus sports bar. If you walk just behind these locations youll also find a souvenir shop, ice cream, Walmart and Walmart liquor store and Jaas Jamaican kitchen (yum!!)Condo looked just like the pictures and did not disappoint. Awesome beach vibe and colors were so relaxing! The balcony was under construction during my stay however it was 90F outside so I really didnt mind enjoying the beach view from inside with the AC on!! Besides if you want to be outside you can just walk downstairs to sit at the pool or on the beach. Bed was super comfortable and shower gets warm quickly. Fully stocked kitchen. Staff was very friendly including security guards at front gate. Outdoor pools and outdoor showers for getting sand off were well maintained. This is the place to stay if you want to be comfortable. Its not overly glitzy and glam and is not a brand new building - however I would definitely stay here again, everything was well maintained. App is easy to use
  : Balcony was closed for construction but it was too hot to go out on it anyway, day and night it was well over 80F-90F out. Hopefully theyll have their balconies open during cooler days. Some balconies were open but for the low price of my condo W204 I cant really complain!! The door code is a little too long - 7 digits. Luckily my memory is good and I always had my phone with me but I can imagine this is irritating for someone with larger fingers trying to press the key pad or if they accidentally forget their phone and cant find the code. I was terrified to have to call security while in my beach attire. Luckily never happened. Most people probably dont travel solo either! Better signs around the condo would be nice, I got lost just going around to find the office - the shape and layout of the building took a day or two to get used to.

  : Being on the beach.
  : There was nothing in the listing about the condo being under construction. Of course, I didn't find out until I booked and then didn't have the option to cancel my booking. I found out once Vacasa sent the confirmation email to me. It also said it's been under construction since Hurricane Michael in 2018. It's 2023. I think it should be listed in the Booking listing to give the consumer an honest current situation status. We weren't even able to go out on the balcony because it was boarded shut by the construction crew. It was very misleading!! Condo could definitely use a remodel and / or major deep cleaning. The fees for parking and armbands in the email from Vacasa weren't accurate either. Not a happy camper.

  : Two dead mice near elevator that laid there for a few days until we informed the office staff, needless to say they were not helpful, kinda rude. Also, didn't understand why had to wear the armbands.
