: We enjoyed the pool and beach.
: We did not receive our door code until 4:30PM. I had to call several times to get it too. When we got to the room it had 1 bedroom and 1 bath room. We purchased a two bedroom and two bathroom. I reached out to our host several times and they did nothing to accommodate the situation. We had a couple have to leave and go home due to not having a room.

: The property is beach front. The pool area is amazing.
: The condo was not clean. There was toilet was brown in the guest bathroom. There was blood all over the pull out sofa, which we discovered because the master bedroom is near the front of the condo so you can hear everything outside, people checking in and out and screaming, laughing, hollering. Not to mention it was the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. I tried to call real joy and report this the first night, but unless its an emergency there is no one to take your call. I paid $600 as a local for a staycation. It was NOT a worth that. We pulled the sofa bed out, there was blood on the side of the mattress so we had to get the mattress from the bunk bed off and sleep in the living room. Also, there was only one roll of toilet paper for two bathrooms.

: outside of condo around pool area and lobby was clean and some of the staff was nice
: our condo was filthy and had roaches and when I mentioned this to real joy vacations and the owner I got told I just wanted money back
