  : The Indian people were RUDE. When I first arrived the (black women) receptionist was very nice and checked us in as normal. When I made it to the room the beds were filthy with hair so I asked for new sheets. The Indian women instantly got an attitude stating if anything was a problem we could get a refund and stay somewhere else. I had to keep calm and let her know a filthy room is not our fault it’s your housekeepers fault for having your hotel filthy. She proceeded to take our linen and go wash it the blankets and came back to our room to get me to come get the blankets. After that we discovered the bathroom was filthy with hair and nothing was wiped down the hotel was just filthy. NO HOT BREAKFAST. The only great thing about this hotel is it has a pool and in a great area by shopping and eatery.

  : Didn't like how they wouldn't let you check in early when I asked for early check in on reservations. I was an hour early and they could have done it, but wouldn't. Then when I got there at check in , I had to wait an hr for the gentleman to take his sweet time checking in 2 parties ahead of me.

  : They charge me 22 dollars for my minor child that's 13yrs old to be in the room with me, and in your policy you can't charge anyone under the age of 18 yrs old.

  : It was horrendous. Stains everywhere, poop left in the toilet and stuck to the toilet and the room was so bad we slept on covers. If we weren't so exhausted and arrive so late, we would've slept in the car
  : Almost everything. Rhe peep hole was missing in the door, so there was just a hole through the door. Put a plastic bag in for privacy
