  : It was a spacious apartment, direct access to beach
  : Elevators, no staff were knowledgeable, gave false information and directions, not friendly, room not cleaned properly, no covers only sheets! Froze to death every night! Indoor pool not working, one outdoor pool and hot tub not working, no side walk to walk to pier park, you would have to walk on the street!

  : We loved the view from the room and all the windows. We liked the space, it’s a good sized apartment. TVs in all the bedrooms, and BR’s were good size.
  : So, in one Bedroom, the trim was off on part of the wall- not that big a deal, but should have been fixed. In the other bedroom, there was a place right as you step into the room, by the threshold- where the carpet was literally missing, and the carpet tack strip was bare and nails accessible to step on. The window in that room is in the hallway and the lights are bright outside, with no curtains to keep light out, and the blinds are fine for privacy... but they lack in the area of keeping the light out. Also- the shower in this room is bad. The shower head is locked in one place, and when you turn the shower for water to get warm, the water is pointing out of the shower, and it’s impossible to not make a watery mess. There is also a window over the bunk beds, and the light coming through that window is also difficult to endure when trying to fall asleep. There are 0 extra blankets or extra bedding. I had to buy a comforter for my niece. Kitchen not perfectly stocked - very basic- not even a cookie sheet . Fire alarm frivolously pulled at 4am. That made me reconsider ever renting higher than 3rd floor as we were all rushed down 17 flights of stairs after being startled awake by the alarm system. The recording kept saying to take the stairs, but if their are medical needs, follow the emergency evacuation plan. That stressed me out- i kept looking for that plan posted somewhere, but it was not. My niece has special needs, and my husband and i had to put her between us, and guide her down 17 flights of stairs. I heard the next day that a kid pulled the alarm. Never an apology from staff , but i really hope they find the responsible party and impose fines and/or ban them from staying there again. That was traumatic for us, but eye opening, as 4 of the 8 in our party have medical needs, and it was horrible making a needless trek down all those flights of stairs at 4 in the morning.
