  : The sun sets, the moon beams, the balcony.
  : We have been staying at Sterling Reef for years. But we have desided to use another condo in the future. Our room was acceptable but cleanliness could have been better just a hick-up or two. 1) Not adequate eating utensils or bowls. 2) Ice maker has no bucket to catch the ice, there was one of the freezer shelves in place to hopefully catch the ice. We felt a little uneasy for the first time with the public access just next store. Seamed as though there was some unacceptable activity happening after dark. 3) Lastly, the showers do not drain well at all. I cant imagine how hard it is to keep the sand out 9f the drains. We used the shower off the beach, we swept constantly but it didn't seem to help very much. We will be looking for a more private beach in the future. Thank you for many good years of memories.

  : The room wasnt beach themed the sofa was dirty looking. The furniture looked very outdated. For the price i paid for the room I expected better quality

  : The condo had roaches, dead and alive, dirty dishes, cockroach droppings in the wifi box and the blender, appliances and in the kitchen cupboards. Dead roaches in cobwebs and behind the fridge. Live roach in the kitchen. Needed to mop, bleach all surfaces, broken and worn furnishings. Walls in desperate need of painting. Stove racks rusty and fridge leaked in the bottom crisper and underneath it. Maintenance came and sprayed home defense and moved a dead roach. Advertised as 4 tvs, only 3 in unit. Father's day weekend so we could not find other accommodations.

  : Location. Old but clean.
  : renovations were in progress. spray painting the side of the building with $$$$$$ of motorcycles and cars below. Part of the parking deck closed off due to construction I was given a door code that did not work. Had to make a phone call and get one verbally. Over an hour later the app was updated with that code. Parking passes and arm bands were in an envelope, in a drawer, under the pot holders. Did find them until the next day. Kitchen utensils, and furniture was an incomplete mixture. Furniture not comfortable. WEll worn.

  : the property was fantastic and well maintained!
  : they need a new room entry! the keypad messed up on us so he to keep calling for them to give us a one-shot code to get in. maintenance even come to check it and Supposedly got it fixed however we got locked out of our room around 10:17 and had to sit in the hallway for an hour and a half waiting on the maintenance man whom didnt have the proper key so they had to call a lock-smith.Meanwhile we needed the oxygen machine that was located inside the room and they didnt seem concerned. The code to the beach didnt work sometimes either so we had to walk over to the pier Entrance.

  : I didn't know there was a breakfast. We made our own.
  : The spent a large amount of time waiting for an elevator. Eighteen floors and only one elevator working all week. The one working was always crammed full with about 11 people.

  : The room was dirty. There was broke furniture. Only one elevator worked

  : View was perfect and close to everything and the layout was very good.
  : Slow elevators and only 2 parking passes for 3 bedroom apartment that is in desperate need of new mattresses. The mattresses were terrible.
