  : The golf cart made the trip so much easier to get back-and-forth to the beach the kids enjoyed the pools it was also close to restaurants A bowling alley and a couple bars
  : Every time you took a shower water was dripping somewhere downstairs whether it be in the washing and dryer room or in the kitchen into the sink there’s a little work to be done but not much I would still recommend it to somebody else

  : I liked that there is multiple pools to pick from and there was a golf cart.
  : Overall it wasn’t terrible. First it is advertised as beachfront and it’s not it’s across the street. The condo was very dirty when we checked in, I didn’t even want to sit on the furniture. There was a huge bug in the kitchen, biggest indoor but I’ve ever seen.

  : Located in Central area so everything was close by. Property needs some TLC and a good cleaning. We all were sick by the second night because of the smell of mold.
  : Our feet were black on the bottom from walking with or without socks. Some of the washcloths came out of the cabinet looking like they were used to clean the floors.

  : Close to the beach.
  : It was not clean when we got here. The bare minimum was done. There was candy underneath the bedroom chair which lets me know it’s not swept under. The golf cart never worked and trying o get someone to fix it was like pulling teeth. It was never fixed. There were also flying cockroaches we just kept coming acrossed in the unit. The tv in one bedroom didn’t work, and the shower water in one bathroom hardly got hot. Won’t be staying here again. And now if I don’t clean this pace spotless I’ll be charged more money. More money when Thai place wasn’t even in that good of condition clean when we arrived!!

  : The property is absolutely amazing everyone was very friendly. It is literally steps to the beach and I love how pet friendly it is.. there are lots of pools a couple heated ones too which is nice you also feel very safe since there are all secured entrances would absolutely book again
  : The townhouse we rented was very nice however it could use a few more lightbulbs and a new grill! The golf cart didn’t work which was a big disappointment but overall a very nice stay

  : The bathrooms were great and the living room was very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook. The location is amazing and I loved the fact that the unit had a golf cart so we did not have to walk around the complex or to the beach. The contact person was very helpful and sweet. I would rent here again.
  : The beds were hard and very noisy. The grill outside was very dirty and could not be used. The chairs they brought for outside were rusted and ripped. Then there was other chairs that were already there that were broken.

  : I like that it had a golf cart and I liked it was a short distance to the beach and I like how nice it looked.
  : I did not like the fact that one of the bedrooms was stinky with a dirty comforter. I did not like the fact that the king bed head no supports in the middle. I did not like the fact that my thirteen-year-old daughter runs up stairs from sleeping in the living room because the bedroom was dirty yelling about huge bugs in the kitchen. I do not pay for bugs. On top of everything I had to pay for one night's day and cleaning in this property and that is totally unacceptable and I am totally and severely disappointed but I plan to never use booking.com or evolve rentals ever again
