: We were supposed to stay I At ocean Ritz's an was moved to the Marisol. We were told it was comparable to ocean Ritz an it was not near as nice especially for the price we paid. We had family staying at the ocean Ritz. Very dissatisfied

: Stove and oven were filthy have not been cleaned in a long time, knob broken off for burner, broken plastic in refrigerator, even cheap garbage can n kitchen lid broken off, equipped kitchen had a piece of junk small skillet that was filthy and inside finish gone, didn't even have a large soon, we made some steaks and had to take turns using steak knives only had 3 and one was junk blade comes out of handle, frame in master was broken and bolted together, he sheet eye not changed had hair on them, the worst was curtains in master had a lot of mold on the back of them. Sent them pictures they sent guy from house keeping with a set of clean sheets. Who ever you are paying to clean this unit you really need to fire them
