  : The unit/condo was gross! Dirty, moldy, falling apart. I will never again stay with one of these properties.

  : there was mold in the shower black mold that we scrubbed off with one of the towels I have pictures of there was a leak under the sink there was three hairdryers and one of those worked the coffee pot didnt even have a warmer on it the refrigerator did not keep things cold at all I mean I could just go on and on and there was dust bunnies big balls of dust under the bed and behind the nightstands the fan halfway worked the the plug-in fan not the ceiling fan there was not enough covers there the silverware was terrible night at the eye wouldnt of eaten anything out of those dishes or silverware or anything it was it was not nice and not clean very well badly dissatisfied

  : Pool/Beach Access/This review is not towards Long Beach Resort at all, it is a great location that we have stayed at several times
  : Condo is old and has water damage/Flooring is coming Up/Bathroom fixtures are dated and damaged/Room feels damp at all times/Patio furniture is rusted and legs are collapsing/All cabinets have water damage and are separating/Cabinets drawers are stuck and require force to open or close/Fridge freezer is iced up and un-usable/Fan in room shakes and cannot be used/Fixtures are rusted/Bed sheets and Pillows are stained

  : We had 4 guests on the rental agreement with 3 cars, but we only got 1 parking pass so we had to park at wal mart and carpool whenever we left.Dirty towels in bathroom when we arrived. Leftover ash tray on the porch filled with cigarette butts. TV only started working the last night and volume would not go up so we had to watch basically on mute.Upstairs tenants emptied their cooler on the balcony so our belongings got wet.
