  : HORRIBLE FROM START TO FINISH!!!!
  : The room was filthy disgusting.Dried food on silverware, dishes in dishwasher, hair in fridge and drawers, food splatters on counters, running down into cabinet fronts. Stove burners all had good dried on them, one burner wasnt even attached and looked to be a fire hazard. Fridge leaked, toilet continuously ran, patio door was so hard to even open, bed was old and over used. Carpets were absolutely disgusting dirty, feet turned black. We ended up checking out the second day and they charged us $1,100 for just one night because of checking out early. The pool is very tiny and was so busy we couldnt get in unfortunately. Location of property was good. I wouldnt recommend though as clearly the unit owners do not care one bit about their company. Unit 410 was also outdated, furniture from the 90s is my guess. The placemats on table were all stained, tile in shower had mold that easily scraped off. We counted 19 hairs on bathroom floor and quit counting after that. Patio furniture was so old and rusted you couldnt sit at it. We left and went to treasure Island condos which are amazing!

  : We loved the location because we were close to the attractions however far enough away to where the beach was secluded and not over crowded. You could even watch dolphins swimming in the early morning from the balcony.
  : Only issue we really had was that the condo hadn't been dusted in what looked like a couple weeks because once turned the fan on the whole ceiling above was covered in the fan dust. However other than that the place was exceptionally clean and wonderful.

  : Dryer squeaked, living room couch bed broken, tile was busted in kitchen area, dish washer siding work, very low water pressure in shower and very hot, had a water leak in middle of night, had no water, was relocated away from rest of family to another hotel. However the new room was excellent in comparison

  : The king size bed was super comfortable.
  : The 1st day we got there we reported damages that we seen immediately. But during the week we noticed other things. Alot of the knows on the dressers weren't secure. The dryer squeaks super loud when drying clothes. The bathroom near the living room would fill up and had a very slow drain. Couldn't find switch to light in kitchen above table. But overall would stay again with minor updates..

  : I liked the pool, and how close it was to the beach. Everything seemed to be pretty sound proof too.
  : The room was filthy. I spent a good minute when we first got there cleaning. Definitely not like the pictures. The white rug you see? Its dark grey now. Also, almost everything you touch is broken. I understand that happens but I feel like their should be a warning. Garbage disposal, broken. Dryer, broken. The pull out for the trash drawer? Broken. It definitely needs some updating.

  : The view & the beach.
  : Holes in the walls and furniture, dryer didn't work when we arrived. Crumbs on the rug. Tub backed up. Repair guy for dryer turned off refrigerator. Curtain rod falling out of wall. Ants on counter every day of stay. Mouse ran down garbage disposal. Was relocated to another property on Thursday and was told that the dishwasher backed up too. Was also told that they were closing down the unit and when we returned to pick up our food the unit was being rented from 9/21 thru 9/28. Took picture of all the damage. Was told by Kelly that they were going to give us one night of stay returned to us. When we arrived at new property they didn't know we were coming and we had to pay for parking, that we were reimbursed for on my card.

  : Location, pool, nice size, bathroom n bedrooms were clean
  : Ants in the kitchen, floor was not dirty looking, mouse droppings in the pull out bed/sofa, I bought Raud n cleaned the kitchen thoroughly n then it was good. We avoided the couch
