  : The view was amazing. The food from resorts bar/grill was awesome. Beds were comfortable.
  : Window was not in place in second bedroom and it was freezing in the unit. Our son placed window and we warmed up the unit. The unit was a little dated but was comfortable and clean, and that’s the important thing anyway.

  : Wish the apartment was a little cleaner and furniture could use an updating. The dining table and kitchen counters were very sticky and dirty.

  : The floor looks like it’s been varnished...peeling up. Couldn’t walk on it without getting on our shoes! Definitely couldn’t go barefoot because it stuck to the bottom of our feet! Mold on the shower curtain. Outlet cover missing. Toaster broken. Base to the blender missing. Broken chair on balcony. Light over stove broken. Plumbing issues with toilet...kept running! Just overall very disappointing!!! We’ve been coming to PCB nearly 40 years. Rented several times at Edgewater Beach Resort. Never ever been disappointed!!!! I have pictures of the condo if needed!

  : Beach, pool, hot tub and the restaurant. Our waitress was very friendly!
  : The room was dirty it took him four hours past check in to get it cleaned so we lost a whole night due to it being 8 o’clock when we were finally able to check in. We had $300 Worth of groceries that we needed to put up but we couldn’t because the room was nasty and reeked of fish. Only a few of the outlets worked in the condo. Hairdryers wouldn’t work. Dishwasher didn’t even clean the dishes. There’s mold growing in one of the tubs. There was hair left in the drawers in the bathroom that was totally disgusting. There was barely any silverware or anything to cook in. It’s the worst place we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve been coming for eight years. I would recommend anyone not stay in T1307 it is a disgrace and you will waste your money on a filthy disgusting condo that you pay way more than you should for it!!

  : Location and pool area at Edgewater outdoor maintenance and appearance seemed well kept. Restaurant was good,
  : Unit 307 in tower one is in need of updating. Many Electrical outlets did not work, some were hanging out of wall,. Mattress in Master bed room Was badly soiled with two large Urine stains(worse I have ever seen,) this Floor had a clear finish on the tile it was peeling off in large pieces, laying loose on floor.found a used dirty dish in cabinet. Unit was not very well cleaned
