  : Location and living room was nice
  : the kitchen disposal was stopped up Back door to balcony didn't lock (safety issue) What if someone had a kid this just happen in fort Walton a kid fell from a balcony.. Dried food under eye of stove. Coffee or blood on wall on sure, corners needed cleaning in bathroom build up of dirt. Light in the bathroom blinked the whole time, maybe electrical issue.

  : We love the location.
  : It was clean and comfortable. The only problem was the bathroom appeared dirty so I cleaned it myself.The bathtub had been coated and the coating was wearing off and that made it look dirty. The balcony door kept blowing open during a storm and would not lock.

  : Stayed at the Continental condos. Overall, a good little place to stay. Basically an old hotel room converted to a studio type apartment. Stayed in room 309 and the toilet isn't bolted to the floor, so sitting and getting up you dang near fall over! On the balcony, the AC unit blows hot air and there is nowhere on the balcony to escape it... So you either have to turn the AC unit off, in the room, so you can sit outside and enjoy the view, or you listen to the noise of the unit and feel the hot air blowing on you. There are 2 things I believe a condo /hotel /apartment should make first priority... the mattress/bed and the shower head!!! Bed was ok, but a little stiff for my liking and shower took a while to get clean as it has little pressure. Other then that, not a bad little place to stay. Every where we stay usually has a crappy mattress and shower head, so this wasn't anything we didn't expect. Would stay here again for sure. Clean and affordable. Right on the beach. Great view. Every room has a Gulf view. A few other things I could say, but they are more of a preference then anything the condo did or didn't do. So can't take it out on the condo.
