Condo in Beachfront Golf Resort with Pool Access

  : The view was gorgeous, that part totally worth it. And the easy access to the beach and pool. Nice set up.
  : Unfortunately we arrived late at night. The gate guy had no idea who we were and we didn't get in until I showed them the email and told them I was staying here. When we finally got inside we found beer caps in the master bedroom tons of hairs on our pillows and bed and also crumbs and chips. The bathroom still had hairs from where it was previously used and not thoroughly cleaned. In the morning I texted the owner/manager and it was hours before I got a response that said "sorry I had no idea you were staying there, what color was the hair?" I said "long blonde" and he replied with "oh, we're Asian."...?.... after that it still took hours for someone to give us our actual parking pass so our car wasn't towed. And to bring us new sheets. Not to mention the cleaning lady had a unpleasant attitude towards my wife while saying "oh we only cleaned one room we didn't clean that one yet" which makes no sense at all. With covid and all this is pretty disgusting to say the least...
