  : The room itself was decent, other than the fridge and guest services. We love the beach, but that has nothing to do with the site or management companies.
  : Booking through this site was easy, that's where easy ended. I went through red awning then to turn key and no one could give me any information. Guest services inside the hotel was laughable as they do not cater to turn key guests. The refrigerator had pooled water inside it, which we had to keep cleaning throughout the week. I'm still waiting on a call back from day one from both services, red awning and turn key. When I booked through this site, I booked room 1105. When I arrived I was told that we were put into 1103. No one could explain this and it was impossible to get ahold of anyone. I will most definitely not book through this site again.
