  : The location, the room, it was clean, everything was beautiful.
  : Cooked breakfast was very slow to be served. On all three mornings we asked for eggs either poached scrambled or an omelette and they took ages to be served. We ran a bed and breakfast for many years and know how long it takes to do this.

  : The pool seemed nice, having a refilled mini bar was also a nice gesture
  : I had a few uncomfortable situations with staff which could have been resolved quicker, more efficiently and with compassion vs the way they were. I think staff should think about the experience of those 'on holiday' and trying to put them at ease as much as possible vs being difficult only to eventually come around. On the first night we realised i accidentallty booked a single room and were basically outright told there was nothing they could do because the hotel may get audited and they can't have two people in a single room (even though it had a double bed). This resulted in us panicking for about 20 mins, on the phone to booking.com, trying to find alternative accomodation, feeling like we'd just lost all the non-cancellable money! They eventually miraculously changed their minds and asked us to pay 120 more per night and theyll let us use it. In my opinion, instead of stressing people out when they just arrive it would be better to state 'i'll see what I can do'. I'm not quite sure how an elevated price fixed the audit risk but anyway... I also woke up one morning bitten all over and the bites were in v close proximity which made me feel they weren't mosquito ones. I showed these to the recptionist who agreed they didnt look like mosquito bites. But she said there was no availability for a different room and shell simply ask the cleaner to clean thoroughly. This lacked compassion, I went upstairs only to see booking.com had a room available 5 mins later. Again, 1.5 hours later they offer an alternative room (on my way out of the hotel) which by then was too late as we had to head to our next activity. This weird vibe of trying to stress guests out before resolving issues is incredibly frustrating and annoying; why not just fix issues quickly and be done with it instead of making guests suffer and then coming out with the solution.

  : Really beautiful hotel and the staff were so friendly. Excellent restaurant we had a great meal and lovely pool area.
  : Its a little isolated with not much around which was fine for us as we arrived late afternoon for one night. Long walk into Palma.
