  : house rule: no drinking of alcohol in the room (reasoning: you can buy alcohol at the bar - 0,4l of beer for 3 in 2022) and no drinking at the pool (except drinks from the bar), unfriendly employees, dirty rooms

  : Close to the beach, room was cleaned daily, breakfast was acceptable. The staff was really nice.
  : Impossible to sleep between 22 p.m and 7a.m. because of the noise of the rest of visitors which drink, sing and talk in the corridors and the yard. It's literally impossible to sleep. The swimming pool was dirty. In our room the shower was old and broken so I had to wash myself with one hand and hold the shower with the other one.

  : Good location close to Ballermann clubs and beach, one of the reception ladies (Mona) was very nice and friendly, late checkout and breakfast even after checkout possible
  : No parking (even tho it is stated in the description), many rules (forced to turn in key when leaving room, no alcohol not even wine, have to rent AC remote separately ), no glasses in the room, room is very small and loud from outside, window has a hole for AC cables, safe not usable, other owner/receptionist very frustrated and angry. We only stayed for one night (thank god) and had another apartment on the other end of the island which was much cheaper and better

  : Quite close to the beach.
  : The rooms were run down and not well cleaned. The lobby smells of cigarettes, dogs and the room smells of mould. We had a three bed room and the third bed was an unsteady and very uncomfortable camping bed. The door to the bathroom had no lock. The balcony had broken furniture. Worst of all was the other guests. All male, drunk middle aged Germans. We were woken up by them, either knocking on the wrong door or just being loud and partying through the night. Breakfast is served, and left out from 8.00 - 14.00! A potential food poisoning situation! The German party people sat there, drunk and drinking beer for breakfast. Walls are paper thin and we could hear everything the other guests were doing.Wi-Fi does not work at all. Just barely from one spot in the garden, not at all in the bedroom. There are big bins right outside the hotel and the stench is disgusting. The tiny pool looked like an egg noodle soup. The neighbourhood and the walk to the beach is unpleasant and noisy. All German clubs, restaurants and strip joints. In the morning we saw vomit in the streets. Staff refused to speak any other language than German, were rude and only cash was accepted for any extras, such as tax or drinks. Receipts could not be given. We asked for extra pillows and were refused. There is a barking terrier living in the reception.

  : Some of the staff not friendly at all and if you dont speak German they dont cooperate too much, a lady refuses to give us shampoo! The only person who helps and is really attentive is the Morrocco friend we made, muchas gracias!
