  : Pls check your mailing in your systrm pls. you may the following message to your customer services.Aproach at the begining to solving our proble with the owner of the wa good, then he/she cut the communition with me by giving up to solve the problem with owner, then i haven't got any mail from hi/her, then i had to pay the rest amount of the room...you may see all our mailing on the Booking page both,.. I am meachanical Engineer, the room size was wrriten 45 m2 on Booking page, when i measured it was 24 m2, there is big cheating and lie wrriten in your page , it was my first criteria in choosing hotel room, i was cheated and choosed the room accordingly.. You were trying to solve the problem at the begining but it was end before solving.

  : I was pleased that the room is located next to the beach, which is a one-minute walk away. The number of rooms and beds in the room corresponded to those declared on the website. A refrigerator and a mini kitchen are also available, dishes are provided.
  : However, it is very difficult to rest at night. On the first floor of the building there is a shop, in which a device for cooling freezers works very loudly. It is impossible to open the windows. There was a strong smell of old sewage in the toilet room, the water drain hole was blocked, this problem had to be solved independently, since it was not possible to be in the toilet. For the last three days, the Internet router did not work at all, it worked the evening before departure.The bedding was generally washed but had dark stains.

  : They accommodate us after 10pm
  : The accommodation was very bad, the communication with the company was not at all right, not responding to messages for several days. The smell of dampness in the room did not let me sleep for most of the nights. They specified that they have a very large room (45 square meters - I took a screenshot on booking before specifying this to them) but in fact the room is no larger than 15 square meters with a balcony. The sheets were stained, the room very run down and we didn't have hot water for 2 nights (the neighbors complained that they didn't have hot water for their entire 3-night stay). I wanted a partially refund because we did not have hot water,but they refused. Even more so they did not provide a receipt for the money that we gave them cash. Avoid at all cost!
