: We stayed 1 night in the B&B and were satisfied with our stay. The room was spacious and had all facilities needed. The breakfast was very nice and the receptionist Miriam was very attentive and friendly. There were nice views of the sea form the breakfast room as well. All in all, we got what we expected for the money.
: Even though the room itself is nice, the bathroom definitely needs an upgrade. It is very outdated and even though it was clean, the bathtub was full of calk which makes it look dirty. The sink faucet was also not working properly. It's not a bad bathroom, but it definitely needs some work in order for guest to feel fully comfortable. The air-conditioning also seemed too weak for the size of the room, it took about 2h for the room to cool down even though we put it on 20 degrees.

: Not a bad location if you came during the day. At night everything was so darkeven the place we were staying was unlit and we walked right by it. They need to make name stand out.
: Check in was horrible. Nobody there had to phone a number and finally got in. Even when I was settled in I had to let someone else in that had the same problems.

  : The breakfast was good.
: The location is about 15 minutes to walk from center, is nice if you like to walk and if is not raining. In our first day in Palermo, there was a storm and the street where the apartment is located was flooded, that water was over the ankles. Beside that, we had a problem with the hot water. We stayed three days and the problem was not fixed. The host was very kind, but even we were complaining every day about the problem with the water, the issue was not fixed. We were texting to the host on whatsapp, on booking on our second night but we didn't receive any answer, this was a bit disappointing for us.Also, we noticed on booking that someone who left before us, left the same review about the issue with water, so the host was aware about the problem, but nothing happened.

: Good location for access to port/ car hire. Lift to 4th floor. Nice breakfast.
: The bed was extremely squeaky- every movement woke the other person up. Even 4 flours up there is quite a bit of noise from very busy road below.
