  : Comfy bed. Spacious room. Staff were friendly when they were around.
  : We would not recommend staying here. It was more like a B&B than a 3-star hotel, with inattentive staff. Not a peaceful environment, one night they hosted an 18th birthday party with loud music which went on until 1am, there was clearly no consideration for the hotel guests. Swimming pool is not exclusive for guests, with lots of families with kids turning up for the day. As hotel guests we felt like we were last on their priority list.Bathroom shower had a sewage smell. Walls in room dirty. Staff rarely available at reception. Breakfast options very minimal and poor. Also, very far from the centre of town.

  : Public pool!I feel that the most shocking thing about this stay was a public pool,not private. Have never seen anything like that before where people from the street basically just flooding in with kids etc to the point where there is no beds left for the actual customer who stays there.Location not the greatest, it's a bit grubby outside, but I didn't mind it as much as it was cheaper than anywhere nearby. But saying that, if I knew the pool is public, I would have paid extra and stayed elsewhere where you do get the privacy and enough space by the pool. Breakfast has extremely small selection. Two types of cereal, croissants, and some cookies.Tips : if you do decide to stay there after all, we found a hidden gem nearby, it's a market, San lorenzo mercato called, it's got food places there, and it lovely just to go there for a coffee etc P. S I think there should be a disclaimer of some sort saying about the pool not being exclusively to guest but rather a public pool.

  : There's a free access to the swimming pool for the guests. You have to bear in mind that it is also available for the people outside the hotel once they pay for it
  : Actually, this is my worst customer service experience I have ever faced. After check-in we asked about payment and we were informed (mostly by gestures, beacuse no one from the staff spoke English) that it should be done at check-out. We were woken up in the middle of the night (literally at 24:00) by a phone call and messages from someone of the hotel staff asking if we gonna pay for the stay (suddenly the person speaking English was found). We had informed the staff at check-in SEVERAL TIMES that we need to leave at 6 am. It was my first time when I was woken up by the hotel staff with no reason. I recommend this place only for those who really enjoy the late night phone calls with the staff and are looking for some adrenaline. Additionally: It was impossible to login to wi-fi and we got no help from the staff (even though in general there was like 4 different staff members). The bathroom is dedicated mostly for children (the ceiling is situated really low). It was a really claustrophobic experience

  : Tiny shower, ants in the room, some of the staff were so rude, wifi was terrible and the location as soon as you left the hotel, it felt like you ended up in a dirty field

  : The existence of a pool. Close to train station. Inner yard pretty and clean. Nice chairs by the pool, which was also clean.
  : Before visiting this villa, I asked for different ways on how to go to the villa without car (or rental veichle). In stead of offering a reliable taxi service or shuttle to pick us up from the train station (as we were using trains a lot in Sicily), we were suggested other more complicated options, but thats that- nothing too bad and up to the persons preference.Upon arrival in our room we realized that the shower+toilet had an incredibly low ceiling, and while this wasnt much of an issue for us (being around 165 cm) and me only bumping my head in the shower around 3 times, then taller people might have problems with this.There was a chair in the room that couldnt be moved because it was broken and fixed with painters tape, but was on the verge of falling apart at any minute if you move it even an inch.The promised wifi works only in the Reception table (as soon as you left the table it was gone).Minibar prices lists were everywhere but the fridge itself was empty and broken inside (shelves were gone).Couldnt keep windows open because there were so many mosquitoes everywhere. Left with multiple bites. A few simple nets in front of windows could fix this.We only took this pricier, away from the center option because of the pool. Alas, we shouldnt have done this as one of the full days of our stay we were unable to use it.On the first day everything was awesome despite the facilities being what they were, the pool more than made up for it! We got to tan, swim and have a whole day just resting and relaxing by the poolside. This wasnt the case for the second full day we had planned for relaxation however, as starting from the morning there was apparently an event happening in the villa, the pool was closed off for the whole day and and became a temptation you could only look at.There was no prior notice of this pool closure anywhere.
