  : Excellent communication. Nice breakfast in the terrace with amazing views. Very helpful staff, they gave us recommendations on what to visit in the city.
  : The hotel is in a very noisy corner. People smoke in the terrace. But these are all relatively small things, overall everything was great.

  : It was very handy for the little station 3 minutes away. You can catch a train to the Central station (avoiding a long walk through a very dirty main road) as well as the airport from there. The accommodation is reasonably close to the main sites of the city. There are many beautiful places to visit. The Palatine Chapel and Palazzo Reale are a must, as well as the Botanical Gardens. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The owner, the lady, was very pleasant.
  : The accommodation is on the 5th floor of an apartment block, with businesses and private accommodation as well. When l booked the accommodation in January, this was not apparent on Booking.com. Often, the main front door was open, although it was very secure inside. The area, the streets, were very dirty indeed. It was not good.The terrace....the main reason for choosing the accommodation... could only be used for breakfast unless you were willing to pay 10 Euros for private use. This is a rip-off and was NOT made clear at the time on Booking.com. it does say there is an extra charge for solarium and parasols, etc, but myself and other guests did not realise the owner meant that the terrace was the solarium. We had to take our breakfast on a tray in a lift to the terrace, although on the second rwo days of our stay, fruit, yoghurt, etc. was taken up there for us. This meant that you had to choose your breakfast items before going up in the lift. I had a room with a small balcony. Although it was furnished, there was no umbrella, so it was too hot to use. One day, l was having a shower when the owner knocked on the door to tell me that water from the air conditioning units was dripping onto the balconies below and the street. She had to access the room to empty a container. There were three rooms' air conditioning units on the balcony, which turned it into a sauna!I had to pay 2 extra to receive an electronic receipt. Apparently, the law states l should have this, but l do not understand why this charge was not included in the cost overall. After all, it was sent as an email attachment!However, the accommodation was generally comfortable and we had a good time.

  : There was a plentiful, fresh breakfast. The lady, the owner, was very pleasant. The nearby station was very handy for the airport and the main station.We had a good time in Palermo. There was much to see, especially the Palazzo Reale and the Botanical gardens..

  : Had requested twin beds - they had acknowledged this before arriving. When arriving it was a double bed. Got no sleep trying to sleep with just a friend of opposite sex. They changed it the next day. Room was small. I was planning to work on the terrace as working remotely, however you can only use the terrace for Breakfast or for a Dinner takeaway of which they will charge you an extra 10 euros per person to use the terrace. It was the lovely pictures of the terrace that sold me this place - so don't be fooled you can use this apart from breakfast!

  : Breakfast had many sweet pastry options that was nicer than many places we stayed in Italy but we would love to see more cheese, meat, salad, olive options too. Taking the breakfast in the tray and going to terrace from the apartment elevator is a bit of uncormfortable. While you are taking your breakfast plate women were waiting behind your shoulder like hawks, personally I do like to feel free in vacation time but stealing is in everywhere in Italy I guess, so they have funny instinct to watch the tourists too. We had bought some little cheese varities in the supermarket even they put extra security stickers to them. I guess Meloni has a long way to go with dealing the crime rates and fugitive migration in the country. They let us to leave our backpacks till 14:00 last day, but If it was till evening we would more appreciate, as walking back from the old town to hotel in the middle of the day was a sweat.
  : We shopped from a supermarket for an afternoon picnic at the terrace but when we climbed up the terrace was locked and apparently you can only reach there at the breakfast time which is nervebreaking because we only booked this place for it's terrace. I have to tell you this; the place is in ghettos, we walked in dirty streets, traffic and homeless people to reach there and it was not a nice trip to the place. It is not a real hotel or bnb, it is mostly a flat inside a 80ties-90ties business center type apartment. When we arrived the door did not opened for a while, no reception or attendies, later some guests opened the door and called the owners, we had to wait in the apartment beside the elevator for a time. When we were checking out, we prepared our city tax of 1.50 euros per person per night, which would be 6 euros according to booking reservation, but they wanted 2 euros claiming that tha tax law has changed. The woman at the reception does not now a bit of english and god, had no capability of listening her interlocutor. She keeps talking and talking in a loud voice never stopping, never lets you to ask anything or even check your own phone, or talk your partner, constantly interrupting you with a loud and rude manner. You are hosting international guests all around the world and You should hire an english speaking staff or learn 10 sentences of English for god's sake. The price for the place does not equal to what you get as a guest. The bed was uncomfortable.

  : They were very accommodating of our last minute stay and late check-in. Comfortable and clean room. They gave us a great recommendation for dinner nearby. We really enjoyed the delicious (and very typical) breakfast and beautiful views from the terrace and balcony of our room.

  : The staff were very friendly, good breakfast and the room space was huge and with all we need (also with a great city view). The location is also perfect for who wants to visit the city center. Amazing rooftop!!
  : The WiFi was a little weak in our room (but probably was strong in the other rooms). Also the room had 3 beds, but one of the beds didnt had any sheets (only a bed protection and a blanket), and we were 3 people.

  : Once we found the entrance, the location was very good. The property is in an apartment type building. We were able to park on a side street. We had breakfast on the roof-top with lovely views of the city and the hostess pointed out all the landmarks. The family owners (Mother & Son ?) were lovely and friendly and the rooms were clean and tidy. Will definitely stay again for longer if ever back in Sicily.
  : It was a little hard to find the entrance at first, but the neighbouring shop owner brought us to the doorbell !
