: It was clean and mostly comfortable, and nice looking both inside and out. It was pretty close to the city center.
: No parking space, the place was hard to find and to go inside the apartment, the self check in did not work, and also there were no keys.Breakfast was not good.

: The facilities are a bit dated but it was very clean and the room was big enough for three adults. The breakfast was very good, of course typically Sicilian, with cakes, sweets and toast, but that's nice for us in Palermo. The breakfast room was lovingly designed and you had the opportunity to keep drinks there in the fridge. We were able to park our rental car in the nearby car park for 20 per night. The location was perfect to get to know Palermo in two days.

: No check in instructions where given to us, the shuttle driver was able to get us in the front door. Sat in hallway emailing for instructions (not a hotel more like an airbnb). Finally recieved instructions that where incomplete, room is on 3rd floor no mention of this, had to call (overseas rates) to speak with someone then told after several minutes to go to 3rd floor and go through large wood door then find a white door then go down hallway and pick room with key in it! We where not the only ones with this experience the next day found a woman with 2 kids lost and upset, helped her as best we could. Room very basic. Then in the morning no breakfast as promised (nothing not even coffee made) , next day still no breakfast! Emailed and asked why no breakfast. Was told man was not available, never shared this at anytime, till we finally asked, surprisingly the next day there was breakfast! Also the room cleaner entered the room without knocking 40 minutes before stated cleaning time, on my wife who just came out of the shower! Stay here only if you have no other choice! We normally do not write negative reviews, but felt we should warn future users to avoid. Communication was non existent. P..S. plenty of other places in the area.
