: The staff was very nice and helpful. Gave us detailed information about where the apartment and the parking lots are. Responsive and nice through the chat.
: The pictures of the apartment look perfect, but they do not correspond with reality. The light can do wonders. It is not as pleasant and neat as we expected. It wasn't bad, but we definitely felt misled.

: The suite was large and spacious. 6 of us stayed in it. It is located in the very center of Palermo. There were towels in the apartment. It was clean.I would like to give special praise to the host, who allowed us to store our luggage even after checking out. For this, it has a special place to store luggage.

  : It was too noisy

Wonderful

: The location is very central and just on the border of ZTL zone (inside it) so you can find a spot for the car nearby without the need to enter the zone. The host was really friendly and helpful in guiding us with parking options and explainig how the zone works. Apartment was clean and check in easy (self check-in). I would recommend the place.

: Very spacious apartment with balconies, in a okay location, close to the historical center.
: Be aware that the location on one part of the apartment is great, but other side of it is not so tidy. There can be beggers who will pretend that they are parking fee collectors. Also the apartment toilet had a bit of a smell, which was bearable and not really a problem for us.
