  : Great location, walking distance from the main attractions of Palermo. Easy to find and the place is super cute, with nice decoration, aircon and new furniture. Everything was sparkling clean and the host was extremely nice, even giving us tips of where we could take the bus to the airport, saving us some time.

  : The location was perfect for the city centre for theatres, nightlife, food but it was also quiet at night so one can sleep well. The room gets afternoon sun, perfect for a rest between morning activities and preparing for evening.The shower was excellent although tight for a plump awkward old man.The owner was always on hand, very helpful.I can recommend this place with ease.
  : There was limited storage in the room. I would advise changing the table for a small chest of drawers or something drawers in the wardrobe.

  : the location was horrible, I cant believe this is a place to stay in for vacations. We left when we got there. The streats are full of garbage. Its also hard to find and very different to its pictures. Tarumatic experience even arriving there.

  : The host was very nice. The room was ok.
  : The property is just in the wrong location. This is outside the host's control. Getting to the place by car is extremely difficult. It took us two hours to travel a net 1km. I cannot imagine that any taxi or shuttle would take you to the place. This was made worse by thousands of people in the streets every night for some kind of event. The streets required to access the property were closed by random tables of drunk persons. When we finally managed to find the place, the small square for parking was full. We had to move flower pots to park the car. The place was just nasty with piles of trash, animal waste and broken bottles everywhere, including under our car. There were about 20 teenagers in the square drinking, cavorting, and playing loud music. We had to step over an amorous couple lying in the alley at the property location. There were loud fireworks late every night with some kind of drum music. Getting out the next morning was marginally better. The next evening was little better. Again, none of this is the host's fault, but an honest warning up front would have been nice. Our rooms were up four flights on narrow, twisting stairs. Good thing we only had backpacks. Once we finally got the name of the wireless network, single strength was very poor. The host should really invest $69 in a decent 802.11AG access point. As far as I could tell, there was nothing within at least a mile worth visiting or eating, if you dared walk out in the neighborhood. I have lived in Asia and traveled all over the world, so I understand the difference between culture and and a sketchy neighborhood.

  : Great location in the city centre, but in a very calm street. All in all Palermo was not the cleanest but in this calm location it was just great. Thw owner is very nice. Can recommend!!!!
