  : We were on the 1st floor which was very dark but thankfully when we asked we got moved to the 3rd floor- which had a much more spacious balcony with breathtaking views

  : We stayed at Hotel Apollon for 9 nights and it was a disappointment. The only good thing was the very beautiful view. Other than that, it was far below our expectations.
  : Our first impression was that the hotel looked like a poor-maintained student hostel. The hallways and the rooms smelled like a sewer. The rooms had old furniture and insufficient lighting. The fridge was very noisy and it was radiating heat. The quality of the bed sheets was poor (they seemed old and were certainly not clean white in colour). The beds creaked. Their Wi-Fi was bad and didn't always work. The doors didn't have mosquito nets. In the bathrooms there were black stains on the walls and floor (near the shower). There was no shower cabin and after every shower a puddle of water was formed in the middle of the bathroom. The water didn't drain properly. The sink was chipped. The photos of the rooms did not show the dirt and the flooded bathrooms. The chamber maids came to clean the rooms every day, but the service was only formal. By that I mean that they only smoothed the used bed sheets (without changing them) and took out the garbage. We had never heard or seen a vacuum cleaner. In every corner you could find dust and sand. They changed the bed sheets only twice in ten days. I don't think tourists should have to complain every day about the service. When we did do it, we didn't meet an open attitude. It was our third day there and they hadn't changed the towels and the bed sheets yet. The food at their restaurant is awful. In our first day we had a lunch there. We had been waiting for almost an hour when we got our food and it was not worth it. The rice was raw and the lamb was also not cooked enough. It is no wonder that Hotel Apollon was the only one in the area where we still found rooms. We couldn't enjoy the view because of the rooms. Hotel Apollon does not deserve its three stars, even by Greek standards. We came there after staying in an excellent three star hotel in Meteora and the two are not even comparable. We will not return. We do not recommend this hotel.

  : The hotel has an amazing view of the bay. The rooms are cleaned well and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast is good and staff very kind. Beautiful beach right in front of the hotel and great restaurants within walking distance.
  : The hotel is a bit old and the towels were a bit hard.

  : The location is perfect, just 3-5 min walking to get to the beach. Additionally, there are 3 different beaches nearby. The room is tidy, cleaning is every day. Nice view to the see or sunset from the balcony. The breakfast is tasty and good. The city is small, so theres not that much things to see. I highly recommend to visit Monastery on top of the mountain.
  : Even if breakfast is quite variable, every day is the same. if you are staying at a hotel for more than a week it can get boring.
