  : + The owner and staff are is super nice and help whenever possible.+ quiet location, with scenic views over the olive trees+ each of the four buildings draped around the pool has 2 apartments; one on the ground floor the other one in the first floor, which guarantees privacy+ The balcony and terrace gives a warm atmosphere and invites to enjoy the stay
  : - in general, the apartment is pretty worn out - a overall renovations should be considered- actually we expected a bigger comfort factor and more coziness and style, as the fotos suggested.- we felt the illumination and lighting in the rooms is very uncomfortable (too dark in the bathroom; to blueish and bright in the sleeping room)

  : Good sized simple apartments set around lovely poolside surrounded by olive groves..Few minutes walk down a lane to Palekastro.Very small real Greek town with several good tavernas.

  : Good water pressure in the shower.Nice pool.Abundance of parkings.
  : Horrible mattress - thin, old, worn out completely, as the result when one person turns another jumps around like on trampoline. Slates under mattress were tied with some wire.We couldn't sleep and had sore backs.The place is not cheap, but furnishings are so old, wires, tubes are sticking out of the walls, TV is microscopic, aircon is crying to be replaced and we s blowing straight to the sofa. Unfortunately we didn't get coffee or tea, despite the provided kitchennet at the room. When charged 60+ per night we were expecting simple kitchen staples like sugar and coffee/tea at the property (hoping these are not too expensive to brake the bank for the property owners).The second night we asked for extra bedding for the sofa to get some sleep without jumping up the whole night on the mattress and stuff already left the premises (so no spare bedding or blanket was available - everything locked safely from the guests).The worst place for entire 2 weeks of vacation, unfortunately we got mislead by good review score on booking and haven't read details of reviews.

  : The apartment was large, airy and well equipped. It looked very new, and was quiet most of the time - we were on the ground floor facing the pool. Kitchen was bit basic but suited our needs.. the air conditioner was surprisingly and relatively quiet
  : A toaster rather than a sandwich maker wouldve been better, but we managed. No toiletries were provided, so we had to rush out and buy shower gel and shampoo, but again this was no big problem. The track leading to the apartments was quite dangerous and tricky to manoeuvre with very narrow passages between the houses and parked cars. Also the deep gravel leading to the flats made an uncomfortably long walk with luggage from where we were allowed to park the car.

  : The bed was a bit hard. It was hard to get my suitcase from the car as the gravel was v deep.
