  : The location of the hotel is in the middle of a beautiful area of rolling hills and nature . The good things about this property is the location for total peace and quiet with great views. The gardens are very well kept annd there is anmple grounds to walk annd explode amongst the thousands of olive trees. The size of the pool is lovely and the highlights of the trip if one wishes to stay for the day . A small kitchenette is available to cook the basics .
  : Unfortunately the owners believe that putting families in rooms with dangerous electricity sockets broken off the wall is ok . No mention of it and seemed normal which is alarming . The rooms are poorly maintained and this is a pity as the gardens are totally the opposite ! The rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis. Breakfast is a plain continental without much choices and coffee is made on the stop and probably the highlight . Dinner is of an acceptable standard but suggest you eat locally in town . Unfortunately on check out no mention of how the stay was or interest to ask hence the review.

  : Very beautiful and tranquil place to stay when visiting south western Italy. Our room was good although a bit dim in the evenings, the garden and the pool area are gorgeous. Breakfast is relatively generous to what have we seen in other Italian guest houses. We had various meats, cheese, breads and cakes, locally grown fruit, yoghurts and cereals in the breakfast. Both parents and kids had something for breakfast and none was left hungry. The view in the morning from the restaurants terrace is stunning and perfect start of the day! The restaurant is the best! Staff is very friendly and the food is delicious, we dined here on site every evening the restaurant was open.
  : We had some shortage of bathroom supplies although the empty cabinets would allow to store them. But the problem was fixed. As for the location - I suggest to stock up the food for lunch/dinner if you happen to stay during Monday when the onsite restaurant is closed and the stores are 15km away.

  : Without notification, the restaurant decided to close on the day of our arrival. After a long drive, it was necessary to drive again an adjacent town for dinner.

  : There is a wonderful olives orchard, a garden and a pool very well maintained.Breakfast was ok.Good restaurant at the location.We appreciate that the host showed the availability to find solutions and to change our initial room after first night, which had a strong damp smell and mold.
  : Late hour for breakfast (from 8.30 to 9.30), inappropriate if you intend to have an exploratory day in the baroque cities nearby.No phone signal and very poor wi-fiThe rooms arent well maintained: dampness, mold in some rooms, poor cleaning, old furniture, dark smell.
