  : -connectivity of the concierge : they share Mobile number and available on whatsapp even during weekend and late in the evening. They try their best to help me based on information they had. - perfect for family of 4. - having kids toy for beach, toys to play at home was a nice surprise. - amazing view of sunrise - practical location to relax at beach
  : 1) Delay in giving instructions for key collection : As informed during booking I was supposed to get the link for submitting the deposit and key collection instructions the day before but I didnt. I called them the day before and they said they will. I got the link for deposit at 5 in the eve and I did it straight away. But I did not get instructions for key collection. Apparently the concierge had to wait till next day for the receipt of deposit. It was annoying. The day of my travel with a 1y and 5y old was already stressed and this additional stress could have been easily avoided by providing details on time i.e. the day before the day of reservation. @ COncierge please respect the time and due dates you inform at the time of booking.2) I requested for inperson key collection and proposed them I can come at the time they prefer but the request was denied. I asked them to share video for easy finding the apartment and parking during my call the day before and they said they will. The day of my travel I got the key pick up details and apartment details and I called again asking for a video but a different person answered and said he gave drive link and that is all. My advise will be to include the video in the drive link..3) They say they will share video of finding the parking and apartment but they didn't. Only when I had issues on the day itself they shared the video on WhatsApp. Could have been done sooner to avoid issues.4) The concierge messed up big time by swapping the number of parking and apartment. The pdf file they shared did not contain wifi name & key/picture in english version. The pic in french version was blurry.4) The parking barrier key was kind of hidden in the key box (see the pic). It was tucked in perfectly and matched the color of box to look like part of box and not the key. I had to visit the keybox location twice. Concierge could have placed it facing the buttons so it is inevitable to see it as a key and not a box.
