  : Location, breakfast, size & decor of room, day staff.
  : This hotel is not suitable for families with small children, or elderly people! It's a renovated old Soviet building with lots of stairs, and no lifts or disabled access. We were not forewarned our booking was for the top floor when we stated we would be staying with our 6 month old baby.Flight landed after 11pm (London to Palanga flights are only at bad times), our taxi booked through Booking.com didn't arrive, we called the hotel to help us find another one. The young lady who answered seemed inadequately trained and said we needed to do it ourselves (it was almost midnight at a small airport, with no taxis and no one around, on our first flight with our newborn)!?Finally convinced the young lady to get us another taxi to the hotel, arriving after 12am. We found the reception was closed and no one was around to direct us to our room. Barely any outside lighting, the whole place seemed closed!? After more calls to the young lady, we somehow found our building only to be presented with a jawdropping amount stairs to the top floor and no lift!?I had to carry all our suitcases and baby pram/cot to the top floor, it was only 3 floors but a very high twisting 3 floors, and the process took me around 20 minutes. The last straw was reached when we discovered the code box with our door key was jammed shut!? After another 15 minutes or so of trying, I managed to injure my hand on the box as it took a frustrated punch to finally open it... and we were finally in the room at around 1:30am :( The hotel is a 12 minute drive from the airport... and we landed about 11:15pm.Turned out the young lady covering the phones was actually working at another hotel and had very little knowledge of ours. Next morning, in contrast to the night before, it seemed like the hotel had too many staff. They were polite and apologised but no compensation was offered.

  : I like the historical feeling and atmosphere, absolutely fantastic location, super great staff, huge apartments (spacious rooms), big yard outside so there are no neighboring homes too close to the property.
  : I didn't quite like the breakfast, but it could be just my limited preferences in meal. Other than that surely I will come back.
