  : That the main entrance door wasn't locked when we were coming back at night
  : The room wasn't anything it shows on the photo. We were taken down to the basement, the double bed consists of 2 single beds pushed together with very old and worn mattrassess, the pillows were disgusting and very old, the bedding was like rags, worn out and didn't feel fresh..the toilet door wouldn't fully open and would make a noise, the bathroom rug has not been washed clean, the room itself stank damp obviously.. you can hear a neighbour next door flushing the toilet and washing the hands in the sink after.The kettle needs discaling.. the neighbours inconsiderate and loud since first thing in the morning, when they start using the kitchen, which is on the same floor, whith the open doors. The voices echoe through all the corridoor.Someone left the dog in the room and it has been barking since the afternoon for few hours..Terrible accomodation. Do not recommend.
