  : All what have been mentioned by other guests about this appartment is true: can be noisy in the morning (trash removal, restaurant delivery), can be noisy at night (lots of bars & restaurants) BUT the geographic location directly at the beach (30 sec walk) compensats for almost all cons. Besides the costs - they are high. In total - we enjoyed our stay pretty much.

  : Amazing location!!! And beautiful views to relax with. Very close to restaurants, beaches, and nice coastal walks in either direction. Easy base to tour the area from. We stayed out of the main summer season but there was always a restaurant open nearby and some small grocery stores.Property was well stocked with utensils, plates,cups, glassess, and great to have a washing machine. Spacious living area. Parking awesome and secure. Lot's of closet space so we could unpack for a 10 day stay.
  : 6pm very late for a check-in.Dryer advertised was out of order. We were initially supplied with one bath towel each and one set of sheets for a 10 day stay. Would have been happy to wash- if dryer was in order. One small, drying rack, which you can only have inside was not suitable. Sea air means drying takes ages. On phoning 4days in we were supplied with another set of towels, a day later, which was appreciated. Again for a 10 stay we were supplied with only 4/5 dishwasher tablets....and although there was dishwashing liquid for the sink there were no tea towels. (Hosts, please help your guests to clean properly.)

  : We loved that it was spacious and with great amenities. Excellent location, right in front of the beach and all the restaurants. We would definitely recommend this place.

  : This property is in an amazing location. It's basically right on the beach. If you like to do ocean swimming, this is a great spot. The owners were mostly responsive in messaging and Whatsapp - until there were checking in complications.
  : THERE IS NO PARKING AT THIS RESIDENCE. There is 'technically' private parking, but to access there is a multi-day process with the city government to submit car information AND contract agreements with the owner (which was not provided and not included in any instructions for the parking). If you are picking up a rental at the Barcelona airport and then need to use your mobile phone to access the government website, it is effectively impossible. I went back and forth with the owner (who was initially helpful). Then I needed detailed information about the classification of our stay and needed specific contract documentation to submit. No response from the owner. Luckily I was in late season and could park on the street within walking distance. Very frustrating...DEPOSIT / DATA COMPROMISE: There is a 400 deposit that is not described in the Booking.com booking process. You are then required to access an entirely different platform (rentalninjas.com) that makes you submit more information (how is that used?). All of the access information is on that system. Booking.com didn't say this was required, it was not a clear part of the booking process and this compromised my data security.BEDROOM VENTILATION / AC: No windows that open in bedroom and no air conditioning in the apartment. There is a small porthole window that faces into a walkway but it does not open. There is a bedroom ceiling fan but there is no fresh air. I was there in November so it was beautiful sleeping weather.PENALTIES: If you don't take your trash out when you check out, you get a 50 penalty. This is a tidbit hidden at the very bottom of their property description that is only available on their system. There were no instructions on where to throw things away.RESPONSE: I left a day early, and asked them to please refund my deposit as soon as possible. It took them 17 days to refund my deposit from AFTER I left.
