: The location is excellent. Quiet. That lake is beautiful.
: We stayed there a year ago as well. The carpet is still dirty and more things weren't working well or broken. The windows, a recliner is broken. The cover over the light in the kitchen was taped with electrical tape but was still about to fall.

: The location, and views and quietness of the property. The fact its 3 bed 3 bath and has a laundry room and plenty of space. Although there are many cons, this house is amazing just for the location, peacefulness and view- Id rent here again.
: The wifi is terrible at about 5mpbs (I had a teams meeting with cam off but it dropped connection 2x and then went back) and forget about streaming on your firestick its not fast enough. Also, It wasnt that clean. On the surface it appears clean but when in detail it was dirty - the couch had a booger on it and the other couch had some nasty jelly thing on it. It needs some basic upgrades like a new couch, faster wifi and detailed cleaning.

: This was a great house! It had great space for our family and was a very comfortable size. We loved the location and the house was equipped with kitchen items and had lots of blankets. The view from the house was beautiful and the neighborhood was awesome! Christina was very responsive and attentive.
: The biggest thing that could be improved upon is the furniture. The living room furniture was old and the recliners did not work properly. The only other issue was the beds. Our daughter and her husband were sleeping in the 2nd bedroom with the queen bed. On the 2nd night there we found them on the couches because the bed was too uncomfortable. Also, the internet was off and on.
