  : The beds were very comfortable.
  : I questioned the cleanliness, example: ketchup on the wall by frig; large portion dishwasher door had dried food on it; dirty bathroom ceiling vents. These are minor but makes one wonder about the overall cleanliness.

  : The location was perfect! Home was cozy.
  : I was not granted early check in or late check out due to the cleanliness standards being raised in response to Covid. However, the toilets were not cleaned, counters in kitchen were not wiped well, refrigerator was not wiped out and had tons of the previous guest items. Mattress covers were stained. Pillows has snot smears from the last guest. I work as an inspector for a different property management company and I would have never allowed this home to pass for guest ready. If I was going to need to clean the home, I should have a least got early check in. I washed some the mattress covers and most of the laundry to give housekeeping a head start so they can actually get the home clean for the next guest.
