  : Good points:- nice and tasty breakfast- special host - Filippo was born to be a marketing man, he was in permanent contact with me before our arrival, provided a lot of info and praised the location- clean bathroom - real heaters, possiblity to really have a warm sleep, comparing with other locations where there's only an A.C. available- 1 dedicated parking space available in the interior patio
  : Overall a nice experience, but the apartment in the annex is a bit too old and shall be renovated or some items replaced. There was a bad/dusty/mold smell in the apartment, especial in the smaller bedroom, the curtains didn't seem to be clean, the same for the blankets, I doubt they are washed after each accomodation. For some this could be a nice experience (old-ish, similar with the 'grandparents house', but it's not the same for everyone and we have high standards in terms of cleanliness)

  : Facilities were very clean and Fillipo and his family wonderfulHosts. Delicious home made breakfast and most helpful with a locals guide to Padua. Very generous with dropping us off in town twice.
