  : The location is very good, albeit difficult to park nearby. The bed was comfortable. Give breakfast a miss as people are sweeping and mopping floors around you as you eat.
  : Poor, barely begins to describe our stay at this establishment. We should never have been checked in on the day, when, the staff were fully aware that there was no heating anywhere in the accommodation rooms or entrance halls. This caused the room and entrances to have a horrible and very unpleasant smell and feel of damp. There was excessive mildew to the room window and, no heating whatsoever in the bathroom. The nights were very cold. These issues were raised with staff and, they were informed that we could not even get our bath towels to dry. The towels were subsequently changed, albeit there was no where to hang them to dry. Entrance doors and carpets were filthy dirty and of course, damp. I was assured by a staff member in writing that the owner had been informed and would contact me. There has been no contact from the owner or any member of staff since. I believe a substantial refund should be made and I would expect to be contacted, as promised, by the owner. Also, it would have been helpful at check-in time if we had been informed that we needed to book for dinner if we wished to eat there, instead of being rudely told that we could not eat there. An expensive breakfast requires more cooking skills and, refrain from toasting stale bread. I would expect also, for Booking.com to intervene on our behalf and consider more fully how this establishment portrays itself.

  : great location in the heart of Padstow , check in the chap was great friendly and nothing was to much trouble even when we went into the bar for a drink he was chatty great host , room was fine comfy bed nice coffee machine will be staying again if down in the area
  : nothing to say really , only have to pay for parking but expect this in the center of Padstow , bathroom a little small but was fine for our stay

  : Worse hotel ever!!! Tiny stairs. Even my bathroom is in better condition than this one (please see picts): mould everywhere in the bathroom (seals and ceiling). Nowhere to hold your towel. Space between the bed and the furniture where the coffee machine (so much dust there, disgusting) is: 40cm. I hurt myself in the leg (see pict of the bruise). Been told we could have breakfast in the morning, no need to book just pop in at the reception. We left after 9am, the reception was closed, pitch black. Unbelievable! Would certainly not recommend this place!
