  : Place is a bit tired and needs a good deep clean. Family bathroom could do with a shower fitting /shower mixer tap. immediate surronding "Garden" needs a good tidy up, weeding etc.

  : Nice little touch with milk, cookies and tea on arrival. The size of the property. The location was good. The decoration on the walls were excellent and made it feel homely.
  : The carpets were very stained which let the whole feel of cleanliness down because it didn't look good. The shower and around window sills had fair bit of mould. There was plastic coverings on things which made it uncomfortable to sit on the chairs in the 30 heat. Shower being in the master bedroom made it tricky would of been good of it was in the main bathroom.
