  : Needs two chairs, need to supply enough coffee for 2 people for the amount of stay because impossible to find kcups in area.

Disappointing

  : New linens and towels. Bed was comfy. Nice eating area outside. Room has some nice updates and is very quaint. The building itself is cute. Looks charming.
  : Super duper small. The parking was confusing. Absolutely no designated area to park. The note said there would be signs for tenant parking to look for that to avoid that. Didnt even see that. There were 4 cars in the back of building. No place to park. Ended up parking in front. Which they said to use if you had two cars. But there was no other available spots. The pictures on site, made it look closer to beach from deck of eating area. Or maybe its all about perception. But for the price i expected to be near or on beach. It is a short walk. But you cannot see the ocean from property. Maybe for lower prices this property would feel worth it. Seems overpriced.
