  : My rating is not the lowest possible because I admit that there were delicious meals, a sufficiently varied selection and all the staff were extremely friendly towards us (except the manager, because we didn't get to know him, despite our best efforts).
  : This has never happened to us before, but we left the accommodation a day earlier than we had planned. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone, but if you do go here, consider the following: There was no wifi in our room at all (don't take that to mean that the signal was weak or dropped out, but that it was zero for the entire stay). We were told at reception "well you have to move over a bit". There was only satisfactory internet in a few places in the hotel (e.g. by the pool), but not in the restaurant for example. In addition, there was no mobile phone signal at all, in the whole hotel area (+ about 500 m). We could not make any phone calls or use our own mobile internet. When we made our complaints to the reception, we were directed to booking.com, as that is where we had booked. Booking tried to reach the hotel's meneger, but failed for days. Later, the reception told us that the manager would contact us, but this was not done either in person or through any of the contact details we provided (we could not receive emails or phone calls for the reasons mentioned above, but we were not contacted on the day of our departure or afterwards). Finally, we were unable to send our complaint to any of the relevant authorities. I think the above is unacceptable for a hotel that considers itself a 4 star hotel. The overall quality of the hotel is very far from the expected 4 stars, rather close to two, I am thinking here mainly of the condition of the furnishings, walls, tiles. The condensation from the air conditioner started leaking into the room on the last day, this could have been fixed, but as it was our last day we didn't end up complaining. We left disappointed and will definitely never return.

  : The breakfast was really nice, the staff friendly. The swimming pool was beautiful, but was not filled to the edge, so the water was dirty, which for me as a woman gives physical problems right away.
  : The internet wasnt working! Only at the pool area a bit!!

  : Really nice hotel with a great pool! The staff were very friendly and the breakfast buffet had lots of options. Beautiful view from the balcony and a very pretty beach right opposite (but down some steep steps). Slightly far out of skala (45 min walk) but theres a minibus from the hotel for 1.50 or a taxi is only 7 one way. Theres also some great restaurants nearby.
